The Freestylers Live: Old to New 98 to dat classics set – Support from Captain Flatcap

The Freestylers beatcheck liveMarking their third visit to Beatcheck MK and this time we have the FULL LIVE EXPERIENCE – Playing an exclusive classic tracks LIVE set offering sounds from the early ’98 classics though to their latest sound system destroyers.

The Freestylers live shows have a wild reputation for being a white-knuckle ride through broken beats and heavy bass on an apocalyptic scale. Their live shows are normally rolled out, for major festivals and super club exclusives.

This really will be an incredible live experience from one of the underground dance scenes true heroes.

With over 15 years on the scene they have been a benchmark for breaks, beats and basslines, offering five incredible bass driven albums “We Rock Hard, Pressure Point, Raw as fuck, Adventures in Freestyle and 2013 album The coming storm”

The work has given us some classic Freestyler beats such as ‘B-Boy Stance’, ‘Ruffneck’ and ‘Warning’ which set the marker.
Their later albums gave us anthems such as ‘Punks’, ‘Boom Blast’, ‘Fasten Your Seatbelts,’ ‘Painkiller’ and more recently ‘Cracks.’

The Freestylers have blasted their sound in the faces of millions around the world, having played the biggest festivals, including a 30,000 crowd at Glastonbury, most talked about nightclubs (Check out Fabric LIVE 19)

Did you know they were the first ever electronic act ever to play live on Top of The Pops?? You do now! (Click here to check out the video here)

Freestylers band members MC Sirreal and Valerie Maxfield, both vocalists and MC’s along with musicians Dave Budgen (Bass), Sam Edwards (Drums) & Tony Ayiotou (Guitar) have all been producing the ‘live’ element for Aston Harvey and Matt Cantor in the Freestylers live gigs since 1998.

Special Guests Captain Flatcap:
